Our residential design experience includes single family homes, multi-family housing, mixed-use projects, and assisted living facilities. We strive to create vibrant places to live by designing spaces that are sustainable, affordable, and aesthetically pleasing. Atelier LSM2 staff have designed residential projects that have been published in international architecture magazines.

 

Commercial

 

Our building design team has qualified architects and engineers who can provide innovative design solutions for a variety of commercial building types – including large scale retail & entertainment projects. Principal-in-Charge, Livia Shi, has over twenty five years of experience designing large scale retail developments throughout the state of California & has overseen projects from design through construction administration. Associate Principal, Noel Matic has extensive Master Site Planning experience and has created many conceptual site plans for neighborhood, community, and regional shopping centers throughout California, as well as nationwide. Atelier LSM2 Inc. staff have also worked on the design of various warehouses & office buildings. We design commercial spaces that are uniquely designed yet are highly functional spaces.

 

 

Educational

We design academic environments that are architecturally interesting, but embrace a school’s character and tradition. Atelier LSM2 Inc. staff have experience working on K-12 through University level buildings. Principal-in-Charge Livia Shi & Project Architect Janet Suen have extensive experience working with the Los Angeles Unified School system and have participated in many school modernization projects. Livia also worked extensively with University of Southern California for several of their campus renovation projects. From master planning through construction administration, we can enhance the value of an institution with our services.

 

Healthcare

Atelier LSM2 staff have extensive experience in designing healthcare facilities, including hospital renovations, new clinics, and dental offices. We understand the importance of working closely with doctors & administrators in the design of primary care and ambulatory patient care facilities.  We also specialize in doing Master Planning, feasibility studies, code reviews and Life Safety surveys of existing medical facilities.
